BCAT’s supports individuals on their journeys toward financial empowerment through two high quality and cost-free programs: Youth Arts Program and Adult Workforce Program.

Our high school youth graduate with college/career transition plans. Our adults graduate work-ready and certified for mid-level careers and financial independence.

This Year Alone

Over 150 adults will graduate across 9 workforce training programs ready to begin their careers.

Over 80 youth afterschool participants will find confidence and self-expression through art and technology, channeling their inner creativity and identifying future career paths ranging from artist to engineer.
