Research shows that JA alumni have HIGHER education attainment and median household income than the general U.S. population, and when asked to consider their household financial situation growing up, compared to now, there is a notable shift from lower income to middle and upper income.

Junior Achievement of Western New York inspires and prepares young people to succeed in the global economy. Our volunteer-delivered, experimental programs give students knowledge and skills in financial literacy, work readiness, and entrepreneurship. Junior Achievement helps to enhance the relevance of students' classroom learning and increase their understanding of the value of staying in school.
