Diamonds In The Ruff Animal Rescue Inc

Diamonds in the Ruff Animal Rescue is a non-profit, 501c3, animal rescue organization that is run by a dedicated group of volunteers. DITR was formed in 2011 by a group of like-minded individuals with one goal in mind - to help and save the voiceless. 

We are a foster-based rescue, which means we do not have a central facility to house our rescued dogs and cats. Foster homes are used to provide sanctuary and ensure a successful adoption placement. We strive to make the adoption process a kind, informative, and rewarding experience because we believe that every animal can become a treasured family pet. 

Our mission is to protect the welfare of animals, one life at a time, from unnecessary euthanasia. Saving animals from a variety of situations, placing them into foster homes, then ultimately with caring adoptive families, Diamonds in the Ruff handles every aspect of the rescue process. 

We work solely off of donations given by our supporters out of pure kindness. We do not receive any other regular funding while our volunteers work daily to provide everything needed for our organization to save many cats and dogs in need, rehabilitate them, and place them into safe and loving homes for the rest of their lives. 

We wouldn't be where we are today without our dedicated volunteers, selfless fosters, the many amazing adopters we have met through the years, and all of our supporters.
