Homespace provides a safe and nurturing living environment for youth in the foster care system age 14-21, many of whom may be pregnant or parenting.
Homespace supports at-risk youth in foster care to achieve independence, two generations at a time, with services like:
- Residential housing for youth age 14-21 that are currently in the foster care system, with limited other options for placement, and their children (if applicable)
- Teach Independent Living Skills to at-risk youth
- Educational Seminars on topics like financial literacy and college readiness
- Medical Services for children in foster care
- Mental Health Counseling for foster youth and their families
- Apartment & job-hunting assistance for young adults exiting foster care
- Daycare assistance and referrals for young working parents
