Creative Restorations Inc.: A Pillar of Hope and Assistance

Creative Restorations INC, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, was established by peers for peers. Our mission is to ensure diverse, inclusive, and equitable access to comprehensive services for young adults, families, and individuals grappling with addiction and mental health issues. We are proud that our staff members have personal experiences with addiction and mental health challenges and have overcome systemic inequality.

This unique insight allows us to deeply connect with and support our community empathetically.

**Our Commitment to the Community**

In 2023, Creative Restorations INC. provided 60 Thanksgiving dinners to families in need. During the Christmas season, we also gifted over 140 children with toys, stockings, and board games.

We are committed to assisting individuals in meeting their basic needs, not only offering immediate assistance but also promoting long-term well-being and happiness.

Our Mission

Creative Restorations Inc. is committed to supporting our local community members grappling within the throes of addiction and mental health.

We believe in the power of community and the necessity of providing comprehensive and compassionate services to individuals and families affected by substance use disorders.

Erie CARES Initiative

In 2023 our community in Erie County, lost close to 500 people to overdose. In 2024, we are at 165 in just 6 months of this year. Because of this, Creative Restorations INC was formed, and we decided to put boots on the ground and help curb this crisis.

As part of our commitment, Creative Restorations, Inc. has initiated Erie CARES, a community-based program aimed at addressing the ongoing overdose crisis in Erie County and Western New York (WNY). Our mission through Erie CARES is to:

• Provide "boots on the ground" comprehensive prevention, education, and harm reduction services.
• Foster a supportive and empathetic community environment.
• Distribute Narcan, Fentanyl/Xylazine test strips, and other harm reduction supplies. (YTD we have provided over 2,500 doses of NARCAN, as well as over 7,000 Fentanyl/Xylazine test strips, to members in need in our community.)

Our Approach

Our dedicated team is on the streets 5 nights a week in the summer and 3 days a week in the winter, truly meeting people where they are. Our approach includes:

• Immediate accessibility to prevention and intervention resources.
• Educating individuals and communities about Opioid/Substance use disorder.
• Providing practical harm reduction services directly to those in need.
