When you give to Child and Family Services (C+FS), you support people with client-centered services that focus on family stability, education, mental health and personal well-being.

For the past 150 years, C+FS relies on its generations of expertise and multi-faceted programs to provide the Western New York community with essential resources.

We are here for your mental health with over 38,000 client sessions (counseling, psychiatric and health monitoring) held in the past year. 

We are here for children like Winter and Rodger, who were placed in the foster care system since they were babies. After four years, the siblings were formally adopted by their forever family in August 2023.

We are here for people like Sabrina*, who – with the help of Haven House, Erie County's only licensed domestic violence shelter, – escaped from an abusive situation and built a new legacy for herself. One in four women, one in seven men, and one in three teens will find themselves in an abusive or unsafe relationship.

We are here for the 500+ students and 35 graduating seniors with learning and emotional needs who received special education at the various Stanley G. Falk School locations.

We are here for the 56 children who lived in our Residential Treatment homes last year.

We are here for the entire 716 community through our Employee Assistance Program, which provides comprehensive wellness services through employers.
