At Insightful Strides, we believe every child deserves a chance to heal, grow, and flourish.

Established in 2017, we provide unique, experiential mental health services to children and families in Wyoming County and surrounding communities. Our team of licensed therapists utilizes art, games, nature walks, and interaction with horses to help children express their thoughts and emotions in a way that feels comfortable and empowering.

We serve children ages 4–21 and their families, offering a safe, flexible, and welcoming space where healing can happen on their terms. Whether it's developing coping skills, strengthening relationships, or processing difficult experiences, we meet each child where they are and help them move forward.
