Lockport Volleyball Club

The Lockport Volleyball Club was founded in 2011 by Tom & Mary Schneider who are current residents of Lockport and local volleyball enthusiasts. The mission of the club is to introduce boys to the sport of power volleyball so that they develop a lifelong passion for the sport.

At its inception, the club started out with ten boys on a 12U team which was coached by the Schneiders. At its peak (prior to Covid), our program had grown to 14 teams, over 150 families & close to 50 coaches that are dedicated to the sport of volleyball. We field teams at all age levels (12U through 18U) and at various levels of experience. Our local teams consist of beginner level athletes while our travel teams are comprised of some of the top volleyball players in the Western New York region. We have had various teams qualify for Nationals over the years as well as numerous players who have continued their athletic careers at the collegiate level.

***FUN FACT*** William Morgan was the inventor of volleyball back in 1895 and he was actually born in Lockport, NY! It's only fitting that we grow the sport here so please partner with us and enjoy what our program has to offer!
