Veterans One-stop Center

The Veterans One-stop Center is a 501(c)(3) non-profit providing supportive services to veterans and their families in a convenient single location. The Veterans One-stop Center empowers veterans to achieve economic success, housing stability, and emotional health and wellbeing by offering a wide holistic range of social and health services.

The Veterans One-stop Center provides barrier-free access in the comfort of a “home base” environment that is always welcoming, affirming and responsive to the needs of veterans and their families.​ Any veteran regardless of status is eligible for services. The vision of the organization is that all veterans and their families have barrier-free access to the services they need to deal with challenges at home, to complete the transition to civilian life, and to achieve their goals and reach their full potential.

There are currently over 98,000 veterans in Western New York with more returning to civilian life every day.  The need for the Veterans One-stop Center is apparent as members of our Armed Forces return home in higher numbers than ever before. New York has one of the highest veteran populations in the entire country with Western New York leading the count.

The time is now to help the veterans, service members, and their families of Western New York. With the strength and commitment of the One-stop’s founders and service providers and the support of the community, the Veterans One-stop Center will always be a welcoming place for our veterans to come home to.

Our services include: Emergency Housing Assistance, Suicide Prevention, Veteran Peer Support, Employment Services, Case Management, Health & Wellness Studio, Veteran Art Programs, Benefits Counseling, Legal Counseling, and Financial Counseling.

The Veterans One-stop Center brings people, resources and organizations together to improve the quality of life for those who have served or are serving in the Armed Forces of the United States and their families. The Veterans One-stop Center is the only local veteran-serving agency in Western New York that connects all current and former military members to community services and resources in one location regardless of their time in service, or discharge status. All of the services, resources, and programs are offered at no charge.
