For 50 years, Horizon Health Services has been a trusted partner across WNY in providing compassionate, person-centered care for individuals ages 3 and up facing mental health and/or substance use challenges. Every day, across 35 locations and through more than 43 specialized programs, we serve over 1,500 individuals—offering a full continuum of care including outpatient counseling, detox and stabilization, inpatient and residential treatment, and integrated medical and psychiatric services.

Our mission is rooted in the belief that recovery is possible—and that no one should face it alone. As we celebrate our 50th anniversary this year, we remain committed to another 50 years of clinical excellence, innovation, and community partnership.

Horizon's Teen Mental Health Program

1 in 5 children and young adults struggle with a mental illness. Our WNY Community has an incredible opportunity to address these very real challenges facing our youth. Horizon's Teen Mental Health Program provides critical conversations and education to youth across WNY. Since the Teen Mental Health Program's inception in 2023, we have:

1. Partnered with 35 schools.
2. Provided over 250 presentations across 3 counties in WNY.
3. Presented to over 35,000 students, faculty, staff, and families.

Part of living out our mission means breaking the stigma surrounding behavioral health. Through the conversations, resources, and support we're able to facilitate with our local schools, it's our hope to remind our youth that they are not alone, and equip them with the tools to know how to seek help.
