Kaelys Kindness Foundation

Kaely Kwitek was diagnosed with cancer at age 16 and found minimal resources to assist her with a cancer diagnosis and minimal opportunities to be with other teens with the same diagnosis. Kaely felt isolated and alone and noticed that others were also fighting cancer with minimal peer support. Young people can get some of the most rare and fastest growing forms of cancer. Their rapidly changing bodies can work against them, enabling the cancer togrow faster. Kaely’s Kindness Foundation helps teens with cancer with their unique emotional, physical and practical needs.

Kaely's Kindness provides acts of kindness to teens girls fighting and surviving a cancer diagnosis and assists them with practical, emotional and social supports. Peer support is offered on a bi weekly basis ensuring that their social and emotional needs are supported when isolated by a cancer diagnosis.
