The Maria Love Fund

Since, 1903, our Board of Directors and Executive Director have worked with local doctors, nurses, social workers and service agencies to identify and provide immediate financial assistance to the people of Erie County with convalescent care needs including medication co-pays, utilities, durable medical goods, transportation to necessary doctors appointments and mental health services, to name a few. Today we celebrate our 121st year of caring for the 716 community. Thank you for being a part of our #121legacyoflove!

The Maria Love Fund is a bridge to independence providing immediate financial assistance to the people of Erie County with convalescent care needs.

Our devoted past and present volunteer directors have cared for our community through their gifts of time, financial resources, fund-raising, and teamwork to foster understanding in the community and continue the vision of our Founder and social services pioneer, Maria Maltby Love.

We value communication, commitment to service, wisdom, and the inherent beauty in each of us to empathize with our community and help the people of Erie County with their journey from convalescence to strength and independence.
