The Summit Center offers a range of programs to support children, adults, and families navigating the complex challenges of autism spectrum disorder.

Your Give 716 donation is critical to sustaining our growing programs and providing the tools individuals need to reach their greatest potential. Earlier this year, our special education school, Summit Academy, began serving 100 additional students. Summit Academy now serves 450 children and young adults across five locations.

Summit Academy provides a 12-month school experience, with special education teachers, speech therapists, adaptive physical education instructors, and other professionals. We deliver tailored supports to each and every student, fostering lifelong learning and greater independence.

Support vibrant leisure spaces

The leisure lounges at Hazelwood and Elmwood will provide students with the opportunity to further explore and develop their personal leisure skills. These inviting spaces will foster social interactions, strengthen peer relationships, and enhance communication among students, peers, and staff. Additionally, they will serve as a hub for student clubs, group instruction, and creative pursuits in arts and music.
