BACKBONES mission to connect individuals with SCI/D and their families to their communities through inclusive events and experiences that raise awareness and engage people of all abilities. At BACKBONES, we offer a range of programs and services (in-person and virtually) that are designed to meet the unique needs of the SCI/D community . From adaptive sports and recreational activities to support groups and educational workshops, our programs help individuals with SCI/D build confidence, develop new skills, and form meaningful connections with others.
